Beginning March 25th, we will be hosting a Take Charge of Your Health Workshop.This workshop provides participants with the skills to coordinate all the things they need to manage their health as well as to help them keep active in their lives. Topics covered include: healthy eating, physical activity, stress management, action planning and many more! Please note that this workshop includes one follow-up call with facilitators after the first session.
